One You Collective — Tripty Rasaily

Your brilliance is hiding in plain sight.
The world just hasn't seen it yet.

I partner with coaches, writers, and creators and bring strategy and design thinking to what you're already building. The result? A version of your work you didn't know existed.

Tripty
Creative Designer & Strategist

You don't know what you don't know

I'm Tripty — a creative designer and strategist. What I've noticed, again and again, is that creators are often too close to their own work. They know it so deeply they can't see what else it could become. That gap — between what something is and what it could be — is where I come in.

I partner with coaches, writers, and creators to bring a fresh perspective to what they're already doing. Sometimes it's a digital reimagining. Sometimes it's a workshop. Sometimes it's simply helping you see your own idea from a completely different vantage point.

The Partnership

12 months. 12 strategic partnerships.

This year, I wanted to try something different. Instead of waiting for the perfect project, I'm partnering with a creator I believe in each month and bringing fresh eyes to something they're already doing or something new through strategy and design thinking. Every project is self contained, light, intentional, and shaped by what happens when two different minds look at the same thing. Something that wouldn't exist if two perspectives hadn't come together.

The non-negotiable? It has to be a win win for the creators and the people who experience it.

Let's make something together.

I'm looking for coaches, writers, and creators who are doing work they care about and are curious what happens when someone brings strategy and design thinking to it. Each project is small, contained, and experimental — no big commitments, just a creative conversation that turns into something real.

If that sounds like you — or if you just want to say hello — reach out.
